THE POWER OF POSITIVE THOUGHTS


your mind is a garden. your thoughts are the seeds. you can grow flowers, or you can grow weeds.


Every waking moment of every day we have a choice. Do we want to be triggered by the contrast of things happening to us all day long, or do we want to stay in a positive higher vibration whilst they are happening?


"There really isn't anything more important than feeling good, so actively decide right now that you want to feel good every single day!"

A good place to start, is to think positive thoughts first thing in the morning. Like RIGHT AFTER you wake up. This will help to set your mood for the day. It takes a little bit of practice, but eventually the positive, good, happy feelings will last longer and longer.


Find five positive affirmations that make you feel good. Recite them over and over. In the shower, whilst you're putting your make up on, brushing your teeth or driving to work.


Start with easy affirmations and build up from there:


I AM ENOUGH

I AM ABUNDANCE

I LOVE MYSELF EXACTLY AS I AM

I AM MAKING POSITIVE CHANGES IN MY LIFE

I ATTRACT WONDERFUL PEOPLE INTO MY LIFE

These small changes will already make an enormous impact in your daily life. Start one day at a time, be gentle with yourself and believe that you are always trying your very best.
