CHASING CLOUDS

After my daily yoga session, which I tend to do outdoors on the beach, I lie down and watch the sky.

This particular morning there were a bunch of interesting clouds in the sky. They might have been chemtrails, but I decided this day to not let that bother me and I simply relaxed my gaze and observed them moving by effortlessly.

Next thing I knew, I saw the face of my pet dog “Chutney” a lovable miniature poodle that had crossed over many years ago. A minute later I saw the face of my beloved cat Anna that has also passed. And one by one I saw every single pet that I had or that we had in my family growing up (and there have been quite a few). It was remarkable and quite an emotional experience

I took a photo of the clouds (and you can see by my photo that none of the clouds really look like the face of a dog or a cat), but because I was in the moment and I let my eyes relax I was able to “see them” all with my third eye.

This week I highly recommend that you go outside into nature and spend enough time there to fully relax and become present in the now moment. If you feel so inclined, and if the weather is suitable lie down on the ground and watch the sky. Be patient, release any expectations, and if something really cool happens to you, then send me a message via social media and let me know your story.

I wish you all a wonderful week ahead!

Much love,

Sonja x
