My heart is bursting with love! I'm super excited to meditate as a worldwide collective today. There is an astrological portal opening at exactly 7:45PM (PDT) today. During this time, it is essential that we meditate as one higher consciousness, so that we can raise the vibration of humanity and dissolve all present and past life fears, poverty consciousness and all other negative aspects which have been holding us back.
WHAT does this mean for us?

I urge you not to follow a live stream meditation, because the WiFi or cellular data will interfere with your transcending process. Rather turn your devices off and sit quietly and do your own 20 minute meditation. Remember to lie down and rest for 3-5 minutes afterwards.
For those who are new to meditating
Simply sit comfortably and relax. Close your eyes and focus on deep breaths in and out for 20 minutes. Afterwards, lie down and rest for 3-5 minutes.
